  • How do I watch the workouts?
    On any device that has a web browser. Simply log into your members site and click that days workout!​
  • How long are the workouts?
    25 minutes of HIIT fitness including hand weights, body weight work, and cardio.
  • Do I need weights?
    Yes! One set of dumbbells.
  • How do I pay monthly?
    Once you purchase your monthly membership, the $24.99 monthly fee will be automatically charged the same day each month until you cancel.​​ ​
  • Does SheTough have a meal plan I can follow?
    At SheTough we follow the 80/20 lifestyle guide! All the info you need for a successful and realistic approach to nutrition is included with your membership.​
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Simply send an email to info@shetoughfitness.com with your request and we will cancel your membership. (but let's not plan on that ok? We like ya too much to lose you!)​
